So I just finished the last of my ling from last year and it was just as good as it was when I caught it. My tip is get a vacuum sealer if you don’t have one. I caught this fish last September and it was still great.
Next tip.....egg wash and dip in instant potatoes that you season as you like then air fry at 350 for 5-7 min (depends on size) turn over and repeat. Damn good eating and no oil.
Sorry, but I ate it before thinking about a pic....😳

My wife has tried air frying halibut a few times and it seems to not work so great, as it gets kind of dry. If you find this recipe (or any other) works well with halibut, be sure to post something...

Drizzled in garlic lemon butter, wrapped in foil and grilled for about 15 to 20 mins. Over pasta with artichokes👍

That sounds awesome!! Instant potatoes as a crust is a game changer
