But seriously, calamari scampi is better than crab anything
Sauce:
Lots of butter
Lots of squid
Lots of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Put on pasta

Looks yummy. Someday I hope to get on a squid spawn and bring home some really fresh calamari.

Grinding it up for crab bait. I ran out of kittens. I freeze it in old plastic containers then drill a couple holes in them right before I go out.

when the big fresh ones are at wharf II for 1.50 lb,we will make deep fried with fish n chips etc..but that noodles and rings is gonna be next now---they are cheap are GREAT in Cioppino ... too many is hassle to clean though
I see folks call ahead and they fillet out 3 lbs for em cheap..its who you know
shitty squid there now 3$ for lb for nasty loose ones, 3.50 box lol--bait only
