So this was brought up about hooks not exceeding the 1" gap.what does it actually applies?I throw some lures with big hooks for bass.

Also I remember a warden mentioning to me about how anglers cannot share stringers and that we had to have our own.now this was told to me a long time ago

Thanks in advance
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

I only see it mentioned in the fresh water regs.

As far as sharing a stringer goes, I can’t imagine that would be a problem until there is more than a one person limit on the stringer. No boat limit on shore or in separate kayaks.

I fish the delta, bay and lakes.so you can't throw big swimbaits in inland waters?

Looks like that only applies to rivers, streams, and the delta. The minimum leader length (hook to weight) of 18” is a real head scratcher...

That one was written to eliminate intentional snagging

As for sharing stringers, as long as isn't one limit on it yet I guess you'd be OK, but in general it's a no-no.

Seen both of these answered in F&G writeups.

It's an anti-snagging reg and it only applies in streams and rivers.  It doesn't apply in lakes, reservoirs or the delta.  Unless you liked flossing steelhead or salmon this reg doesn't affect you.

I don't think that is entirely correct. Part 2.10(b) does not apply in the delta, but 2.10(c) does. Part 2.10(c) includes the hook restriction, but not the leader/weight restrictions.
