More shirts?! How do you have any room in your dresser? I feel like I have enough fishing-event-related shirts to outfit an entire homeless encampment. Actually, that would be kinda funny because it would look like a typical ncka get together, except with more homeless people.

Hahah I basically only wear ncka t shirts exclusively. I think I have personally recruited over 200 people wearing these shirts alone.

"What's ncka. National crouch kicking association?"
"Hmmm...we don't actually kick people in the crouch unless. Your name is Andy morales, but most of the time he deserved it. We are actually a fishing club"
"So you guys fish from a kayak? That is nuts. Isn't it dangerous?"
" It is dangerous but so is kicking Andy morales in the nuts. Afterwards he  loves you more. Calls you racist names like f&$k you Chino. At the end of the day we are a botherhood"
" That sounds awesome I gotta check it out"

Glad I happened to see this. Just purchased.

This is great and paid for 2 shirts for me and my son. Tried hali fishing once with no luck.

There are plenty of fish in the bay. You just gotta understand their behavior and you can get on them. If you are willing to put in the time and wait them out during tide changes they are pretty fun fish to catch. Now landing them will take some know-how without losing them.

Hey all.  I'm very interested in this event but had a couple questions,

Will the learning part be on land?  I think it would be hard to teach a group floating in the water but not sure how this works.

Also, I see the fee for the shirt and lunch but don't see a fee for the event.  I'm not sure if my work schedule will allow me to go until last minute.  Can I just show up?  If so, what's the cost?

It is free to attend. You have the option to buy a shirt and lunch.  I would recommend the shirt and lunch cause it helps me put the event together. There is always an option to bring a potluck item. If you just want to attend, show up in the morning and sign the waiver form and fish. I will give a quick run down of the land at oyster point for those first timers. You can also just read my tutorial on top. All the vets can just feel free to fish.

At 1:00 everyone will come on land and grab lunch and I'll give an in-depth tutorial of all the material on land until 2. Afterwards the envent is done but most people will just hangout and meet others; and if it is an ncka event God help me what else would happen.( I'm trying talking about you ariel_sea!) Lol   

I replied a while back for this event. I have purchased the shirt and lunch and hope that I am on the list for the day! Really looking forward to this day!!!
