What does it come with? Seat, adapter for drive?

It comes with a standard seat and the center pod. But you can upgrade the seat to a comfy boat-style seat down the line. And eventually you can get the mirage drive adapter too.

Drive insert adapter is available at additional cost with rudder cables and, of course, the rudder.

It's tempting...

And, let me add that it paddles great with a regular kayak seat---gives it an extremely low CoG, making it super stable. If you rig a sail on it, it's great for that too. Also, the insert for the Hobie pedal drive is inexpensive.
