Did you consider building one? I don't know if it's gonna work for outback since outback is heavier but I made one with pvc pipe for my revo 11 and it works great and only cost me $25. I also made two other for my none-hobie kayaks.

They crack the scupper holes, you don't notice, kayak fills with water slowly.....

Well, I'm converting all of them to non-scupper hole cart. Thank you guys.

The scupper carts are a PITA. Trying to lift up a fully rigged yak and "thread the needle" to attach the wheels at the end of the day when you're dead tired is a recipe for frustration...

Get you some Wheeleez instead. MUCH easier to load and unload.

I think people just dont realize that Hobies are the only kayak's that are actually designed for (their own) scupper carts.  They can be a pain to use too, like mentioned previously, but that can be worked around as well.  Even though I have both a Hobie Scupper Cart, and a Wheeleeze cart, the Wheeleeze just gets much more use, as it's so easy to use, and rolls a fully loaded kayak over pretty much any terrain.

I own both the large Wheeleez and Hobie heavy duty plug in scupper cart.  I use the plug in cart when launching on concrete boat ramps.  When returning, I stick it in while my kayak is a few feet in the water.  Then just pull my yak out with the cart attached, this especially useful on a heavy AI.

The nice thing about Wheeleez is its good for all terrains.  The downside is loading a fully loaded kayak specially after a fishing trip.  I take some gear off to make it easier to lift.  I open the rear hatch put my hand in the opening and put my other hand on the handle then lift onto the Wheeleez.  They are both very useful depending on conditions.
