Spent Halloween in Sparks Nevada with our children and grandchildren celebrating my 40th wedding anniversary.
It was like the halloweens of old lots of trick or treaters. Quite refreshing. 4

General Talk / Re: U.S. Coast Guard shoots at shark as it swims toward crew« on: August 27, 2021, 04:44:24 PM »
If they are shooting at a submerged shark the bullet looses its energy right away, hence no damage to the shark. Probably why he was still hanging around well after the first shots.

True live bluegill have produced my largest striper for me I like them around 3 inches long
easy for them to get into there mouth. Discovery bay boat docks is a good place to get the bait and the game. 11

Hookups and Fishing Reports (Viewable by Public) / Re: Sherman Lake / Striper« on: October 09, 2020, 04:27:32 AM »
At Sherman lake, river side of those islands stick to rattle traps and cast to the tulles let it hit the bottom, that's all I use with great success. In disco bay use small bluegills for the larger strippers. Thing should get better later in this month.
