New Member in the East Bay

Hey new member in the Oakland Area.  I typically fish for Bass on the Delta or at Lake Chabot but am looking forward to getting after some Striper in the Bay this year (advice on safe areas to launch would be greatly appreciated).

Welcome to NCKA, da only site and great people/community of kayak fishermen/fisherwomen!!!
I suggest you Pm SimplyCook (Kevin Nguyen) who lives in El Cerrito.
He knows every spot on the Bay to launch.
Too bad you just missed our Hali-Striper Event on August 4th at Pt. San Pablo Yacht Harbor. You can see our thread topic under Forums: Tournaments and Events: Topic/thread: Hali-Stripers at Pt. San Pablo Yacht Harbor August 4th, one of the residents at the Harbor just posted some drone pics of guys in the ocean in San Pablo Bay.
If you have not fished the Bay, I would make that you hook up with someone like Kevin or Eddie who fished the Bay a lot.
The tide swings can be very treacherous and fishing the Bay is totally tide driven.
