Title: Recipes: Puttanesca
Post by: Wldrnshntr on January 12, 2018, 05:22:12 PM
Made this the other night used whole cherry tomatoes instead of canned stick one little hole in each first.
Absolutely fantastic tasting very pungent smell . I used all high end ingredients. Going to try it again with a whole jar of anchovies and substitute beer for white wine

Turned out great.
Added some mild Italian sausage to the mix.
Served it with spaghetti.
Another great part about it....leftovers!

Made another batch last night. Figured I might as well use everything I had left; capers, basil, garlic, etc.
