Or the Bakersfield one?

I heard LB is way better, though. I've never been to either before.

I'm going to the Long Beach show this year for a day or two. Last time was 3 years ago. I go during the week; Saturday and Sunday are very crowded.

I'm planning to go this year also to the one in LB. I went last year and it was great!

Anyplace is better than BF.
If you want to thank a Vet, be a person worth fighting for.

Long Beach show is the big show. Not sure how large the BF show is but the other Fred Hall shows are not as big as the Long Beach show.

I'll be at the Long Beach Fred Hall show again this year. Come see me at Promar Wed-Fri and at Seeker Sat and Sunday. I will be bouncing over to Accurate if anyone wants a walkthrough of the line.
Sponsored by: Pacific Outfitters, Native kayaks, Seeker rods. Seigler reels, b2 Squid, Promar. Stohlquist, Lingcod jigs.

I really want to go pull on some United Composites and Black Hole rods.

Looking to increase my big game arsenal with a spinning popping set-up.

I'm gonna try to go on Wednesday. Might be hard to pull off, though. I really, really want a whole quiver of Black Hole rods.

Those Black Hole rods look nice huh??  Haven't had the chance to see one in person but they are supposed to be some of the lightest big game rods available.   :smt007

And they are in the same price range as Phenix rods. Some of the United Composites rods are pretty f***ing bad-ass, too.

Bloody Decks and Kil Song have ruined me.

Buy your ticket online to avoid the LONG line to get to the ticket window. Then you can get in line to enter the show before the line also gets LONG. When you first enter the show, people try to get you to register for a drawing , primarily to get your contact info. Skip that and go to the first room (which looks large, turn right to go past the section with lots of boats, to get to the main hall.

When you first enter the show, pick up a program that has a mpa showing vendor locations so that you can go stright to your desired vendors before the going gets ungodly crowded, even on Wednesday but nothing as bad as on Saturday and Sunday.

Yup, could be worth it if you're buying a decent amount of gear!
