Okay, I just tried to include some jpg's from yesterday's Pigeon Pt. fishing fiesta in a posting, but they wouldn't go.  I put the images on my desktop, and then used the "insert image" button to create the landing spot for each image.  I copied & pasted each image between the bracket expressions, and the result is that darned blue-boxed "?"

Can someone please guide me on this?  Must I only use hosted images?

TIA, Bradley

Doesn't sound right. This is what I get on my iPhone. It should be similar on your computer.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

Much of the time these issues are caused by not reducing the size of the images.  I shrink them to 800x600.

Good luck.  :smt001

What do you mean by "copied & pasted each image between the bracket expressions"? When you click below the message boy on "Attachments and other options," you will see "Attach:", below which you see a "Browse" button. If your file sizes are small enough, you can click on "(more attachments)" below the "Browse" button to add up to seven more images. Provided, of course, that none of your files are too large.

I didn’t know that.  Thanks.

Okay, Success thanks to Hojo's & Traildad's posts!  I foolishly believed the "Insert Image" button that right next to the Hyperlink button actually did something like...inserting an image.  Just like the hyperlinks and list buttons, it sets up a set of bracketed statements into which I pasted the file name of my images for no result.

Thank you!
