Mrs. Finaegelin and I went for a picnic at Kirby Beach today, watching the fog melt away through the early afternoon. Naturally I had to bring a fishing rod (much to Mrs. F's chagrin), and cast the beach for awhile. All I caught was this 6" skinny thing, and I couldn't decide if it was a baby ling cod or some other unknown beastie. It has some teeth barely visible in the last photo. Opinions, please?
Anyway, the picnic was truly memorable. Amazing views. Enjoy.
