At the Albion tournament my Revo took on a significant amount of water. Old#7 was kind enough to drain it . I put it up on saw horses and filled it with water. The sleeves for the seat twist in locks is where the water came out onto the seat area. Fix Ideas? Still not sure how so much got inside the kayak , it was enough to strain my back trying to get it up the boat ramp.

Sounds like that might be a warranty issue. If you do decide to repair it, there is some similar discussion on the Hobie forum---this link describes a repair that looks like it should work:

You can get a lot of water inside from just a small leak.   I reinstalled a 6" hatch with rubber gaskets and many bolts around edge.  Just enough water leaked in until the hatch was covered, then it accelerated.  My yak was half full of water. This was over several hours.  I reinstalled the hatch but with Goop all around, and it cured the leak.

Yeah, I believe this was an issue with 2011 and older hobies.  Before when I owned an older model, I purchased one of those preventative kits, its just some epoxy and cap that goes around those humps.

I believe they will not consider this a warranty issue though.
