Title: WTT: Predator 13
Post by: polepole on January 29, 2015, 01:24:07 PM
I have a Predator 13 in urban camo that I'd like to get rid of.  Looking to see what sort of interesting trades I can drum up.  I can add some accessories as needed to make things interesting.  Let me know what you got to trade.  Surprise me!

OK BigYak.

Perfect first boat for kids, and excellent, lightweight, stable platform for fishing and diving.

Comes with excellent fish mojo.

Are you into dirt bikes at all?  I have a 2000 Kawasaki KX250 set up for Enduro riding, current registration and green stickered I've had for a while and never ride.  I'll be detailing it out the winter and will be listing it at about $1500 when it's done.  It even has an auto-clutch I installed on it!

It's not a play toy, it will power wheelie through 4th gear no problem and brakes hard enough to do stoppies too.  It'll turn grown mens knees to jelly with it's accelleration.

Not the best photo, taken 2 years ago and STILL sitting in the same spot without being moved;

well since things with wheels seem to be the trend..i`ll throw these out there ..have to look in the garage and see what else i have to put up ..oh yeah manual pump for the tires w/PSI gauge

Not quite what I'd be looking for. Think big fat tire cruiser for a large guy (6'3").

I think that bike might be more reliable than my vintage trail 90.

Did you say you wanted a .357 lever action? Because I might know where to find a Winchester 94 w/ 16" barrel.... never fired.

I have a 1988 Honda NX125 dualsport (needs work) OR an ex-race bike, now street legal, 1989 Yamaha FZR400 w/a 600 motor installed... with a spare 400 motor, and a crap ton of spare parts and plastic (bike needs final assembly).

Sorry Polepole.  I got the nx 125.  Thanks Mark!!

Got the clutch handle fixed, got the throttle working, soaking the barrel with wd 40.  (Actually soaking the whole damn thing with WD.....After a quick pressure wash.)  Buying a new battery this week, changing the oil, and seeing if it will fire up.  Under the tutelage of John "Motorhead" my neighbor and small honda maestro.

Things went OK with my wife seeing the bike when she returned from her trip back east.  Rated two raised eyebrows and one partial eye roll.....She thinks the NX is "one of those bikes you see in the back of those jacked-up pickup trucks."  My response was ".....and?...."

Any way all is cool with wifey. Burned a bit of WAF, but it's worth it, can't wait to see if the engine is good or not, but I'm being deliberate about it.  Want to make sure everything is clean in the cylinder before turning it over, so i don't catch any junk and blow rings or whatever.

My 1975 Honda Trail 90 is  a little pissed, though.

Awesome!  The NX shall ride again!   We should've taken a pic of it before we unloaded it from my truck so you could have said, "As a matter of fact... it did come off the back of a jacked up truck..."  Of course, I could've slapped some "No Fear," "Metal Mulisha," and "Monster" stickers all over the truck too LOL

Glad to hear the project is coming along. I can't wait to go fishing as well!  Thanks again.

Sorry for the tread jack, Polpole.
