I've attached my kayaking/fishing guide and a river mile map.

Flows on the Lower Tuolumne River have been between 3,000 and 18,000cfs since January 2nd and are finally dropping down. Flows should level off at 330cfs by Thursday September 21, making the river safe and fishable from La Grange to the confluence of the San Joaquin.  A pulse flow intended to attract adult fall run Chinook will be prescribed by USFWS, NOAA and CDFW and is tentatively scheduled between October 18th and 26th.  Flows will likely range between 400 and 1,000cfs during the pulse.  Please read the CDFW regulations http://www.eregulations.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/17CAFW.pdf (page 41) before you put in.
