Great video. I found it particularly interesting the difference in time between your muscles not being able to function and actually becoming hypothermic.

Very good video. Make sure to get a life jacket that is comfortable for you so you have it on all the time on the waters. Your life is worth it. shell out some $$$ for the PFD

I have noticed that my standard foam PFD really helps keep me warm in the winter.  Kinda like a big cooler strapped around my core.  In the summer time, that becomes a problem, and I struggle not to overheat.
