What's up guys. I've launched a lot from Stillwater and from Coral Street, but I've never launched off the Seal Rock beach, South of Point Joe and North of Cypress Point.

Anybody here ever done it? Looks decent, but it's  shallow for quite a ways out.  I'm wondering if the waves will be breaking through the the whole area. Might be a bad idea...

There are several possible launch points along that stretch...most are pretty exposed to swell and wind though...keep an eye on conditions and make sure you got a plan B for landing if you go and it gets rough...

I know a couple of divers who had to make a plan b and land about half mile down the beach. :smt005

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Hate to have to paddle all the way to stillwater though
