NRS wetsuit with the two way zipper.

When diving, I can hardly bring myself to go in my 7mm. But when I'm 50' down, I gotta go.

The couple occasions I've had to do it, I rolled down the wetsuit and rolled over on my belly to go through the scupper hole.  My main defense is just to get my caffine before the drive, take a wiz right before launching, and I'm good for most of the day.

When riding on Ethan's kayak with the sail/sideriggers, you could stand on it and hold the mast with one hand while doing your buisness.  That was living in luxury, until it sank...

As far as tackle boxes go, I try to bring only what I'll need.  Half a dozen jigs or so.  I'll keep stuff in little pocketsized boxes.  There's several that contain stuff for targeting different species, rockfish, halibut, stripers, salmon...  I just grab one or two and go.

I am lucky as I have the perfect location on my big ole scupper hole I can sit upright, dangle feet over sides for stability, aim and fire away. No fuss, no mess.

Rather than going in your wetsuit, you might want to try the "arch shot" over the side. Just make sure you are not arch over a reel, cause when the arch falls, it'll get your reel. No personal experience on this.

There is a product called gladder bladder out there, check it out!
