Hello everyone!!!!!! I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone!!!! I had the procedure today a multi-level epidural 4 to be exact!!!! So far I'm doing ok having a lot of muscle spasms but they told me to expect that so I'm icing every 20 minutes!!! The doctor told me it could take up to a week to know if it helped!!!!! NCKA has been awesome throughout this unexpected ordeal.... I have been to a few PIF events and am so impressed by how it truly seems to be a huge family and everyone has each others backs!!! I feel very fortunate to know that you all have welcomed me with open arms!!!! I'm looking forward to being able to do something to PIF from my heart since you all were there for me in my time of need!!!!! Again much thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!

Make sure you take it easy for a while I made a huge mistake after about 2 weeks I felt like Superman and started doing all the things that cause the problems begin with after about three months I was begging them to do it again now I'm taking it easy after the second round

+1 take it easy!!!!!!!! I had my left knee done in 2015, went back to work way to soon being hard on it, now I'm paying!!!!!!!
