Dang it Dan im to excited to sleep ,cant wait !

I will be picking up 2 demo boats up when I go up to visit the factory at the end of the month. I also talked to Tom Derrer about a Eddyline fishing ambassador and he was excited about the idea. We will talk more when I see you next week.

What are peoples thoughts on a seat? Tom is toying with the idea about doing a seat pad and back rest similar to Wilderness or Native, or would people rather just have the option to clip in their own seat? I told him to send it stock with a Surf to Summit GTS Elite seat and that would please most everyone. Thoughts?

It really looks good. A longer model of 14 - 16 ft is going to be worth the wait. It will be the fastest SOT for angling I think. The only thing thats somewhat of a concern is the glare off the top. I know thats a small item but Im just thinking out loud. 15.5 at 30 wide would make this a stable rocket ship. Gonna need a rudder too. Front and rear carry handles? Am I missing something? The side handles are badass.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Bet I can beat it to the can and back.  :smt044     Let's put it on the scale for the " weigh-in" before the race.

Baitman, If I'm paddling it you might as well keep your money, haha. I will be sure to post an exact weight as soon as I get my hands on one. I got the pics today from the first test paddle. Looks like a really nice handling kayak, will post more when I get some time.

Ouch  Dan,,, that really hurts.   :smt001         Can I get a proxy to take my place.    Same vintage motors would make it more competitive for you.

That is a sweet kayak.  I can't wait to see an on the water review, and the longer model.  Especially with fish slime dripping off it!

Here are a few shots from the first test paddle. Tom says a 14'er is in the works as well as a 10'er, I have no idea what sort of time frame he is looking at. I know this project has been over a year in the making. NCKA members get to see it first.
