"Waiver mailed this morning. Sorry for lagging & thanks for organizing this event!"
No worries,
Glad you are able to make it.

F.Y.I.
I set the CUT OFF date as the 31st, without noticing that it was on a Thursday.
So I have decided to allow entries post marked or Emailed as late as Friday 9/01/2017.
Any entries emailed or received with a later post date than midnight of 9/01/2017 will not be eligible for prize consideration.

Looking forward to a great weekend with all of you here where "Life is Good"

LAST DAY TO EMAIL / MAIL ENTRIES !!!!
If your waiver is not sent by TONIGHT at 12pm, You are still welcome to come and fish and chill with the group,
But,
You will not be part of the event, and therefore, will not be eligible for any prizes or ranking in the standings.

Also,
Because we care about you and consider you all family, we ask these few simple things;
If you are planning to enjoy the after party,
Please be respectful of others and control your consumption of adult beverages.
Remember, The Tides Inn is a NON-SMOKING AREA,
If you feel the need, please use the designated areas at either end of the parking area.
If stay a little late, please be sure to have a place to stay,
the Cove Rd. is more than I care to see someone drive after a full day on the water and a little partying.
there are still rooms available at the other hotels in the area, as well as spaces in the campground.
And Always remember,
Life is Good in the Cove!

THE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
If you missed the registration period, you are still welcome to come, fish, and chill with us.
BUT,
You will not be eligible for any prizes, nor will you be listed in the final standings.
I should have the final roster posted after Wed. 9/6, this should be enough time for the post office to complete their duties for any last minute entries.

Now for the After Party .....
Who's bringing what???
As with all my previous events, I will supply the basics Dogs/Buns/Condiments/Water/Soda.

See ya where Life is Good!

For those who will be attending,  we are planing a captains meeting for 5pm Friday night. This is a great time to ask any questions about the unusual format, or any other concerns.

Incase any one didnt hear, Pac-Hali  are now closed for the year.
For this reason, Pac-Hali will deffinatley be eliminated from the list, but will not be replaced this late in the game.
The Captains meeting will be at the Tides Inn, if you are able to attend, it would be good to cover all the basics.
