An Eagle Divers boat left divers stranded out at Gordo Banks a few days ago. Gordo Banks is located off the coast of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. According to reports the group made it to shore safely after a 14 hour swim.

I first heard about this incident from a scuba instructor a couple of days ago. The rumor was confirmed yesterday by a captain friend of mine. I tried Googling it a couple of times and this is the only information I was able to retrieve.

Kind of reminds me of that movie "Deep Blue" where the boat left the divers and they got eaten by sharks. Yikes! Glad the divers made it back to shore, must have been one hell of a swim back though. :snorkel
