Hello, Sean from Pleasant Hill here.  Joined the site looking to hook up, learn about rock fishing and crabbing (to start), and to outfit my older "uncut" trident prowler.

I am pretty comfortable in the ocean as I used to surf regularly before my daughter was born.  Although I need to build that confidence up as I was afraid to fish the HMB green can by myself on a WNW swell @ 5' 15 seconds a couple of weeks ago.

I actually looked into buying a fishing kayak about 10 years ago but I ended up getting a surfski instead as I was still surfing.

Thank you all in advance for sharing your knowledge.
