Seems pricey without a mirage drive, even considering that it comes with the small sail and inflatable outriggers.

I don't know how much the small sail and inflatable outriggers would be worth to someone, but without those, I don't think I would pay more than $900 for a 2013 Adventure 16 without the mirage drive.
Wanted to buy: Stealth ProFisha 575 or 525

Sounds about right. And even then I'd think it would only make sense if you already had a mirage drive, as a new drive is $600+ and even a decent used one is probably going to be over $300.
