Picked up a nice steak from a local market.  Looked like an everyday normal lookin steak to me.  Marinated it, and popped it on the grill...........5 minutes... turned....5 minutes, I take it off and it looks like something familiar but I just can't place my finger on it... ideas?   :smt044

I didn't cut or trim it at ALL, before or after grilling.

What are the odds!

It looks yummy, of that I'm certain.

"It may look like steak, but it tastes like fish, I swear!" :smt044

Does it contain omega-3? :smt003
