Title: HOW NorCal 7th 2018 Event - Friday, August 17, 2018 at Lodi Lake Boathouse

Hello All,

The NorCal HOW Team has talked to Headwaters, and we will host our 2018 Lodi Lake event on FRIDAY, August 17 at Lodi Lake boathouse!  This is always one of our best events of the year thanks to the help from Dan and Headwaters. 

We will definitely be needing some volunteers to help guide veterans on the water, as well as help with shore duty tasks such as carrying kayaks, prepping and cooking food and ensuring vets are rigged up with safety and fishing gear.

Rules:
1. No Alcohol allowed at HOW Events
2. Lodi Lake chargest $5 per vehicle for parking.  Please be aware of this or park outside of the venue on the street.
3. Please feel free take pictures of the vets, but ask them if they're OK with it first.  Some are not willing to have their picture taken, but those that are usually really appreciate the pictures.

If you think you can help join us, please post in this thread.  If you know of any veterans or active duty military that may want to attend, contact Raydon.  We'll also post up the event details on our FB page at www.facebook.com/NorCalHOW.  Please follow this thread for updates on what we need from you guys as to timing of showing up, cleaning up, etc.

Alright, now that our last event is wrapped up, time for this one next month! I'll be out so we could use some help on this one with both Shore and on the water duty.  We have about 30 confirmed so far.  Really could use some help so if you could help out Rob would really appreciate it.

Hey everyone, we are going close to this event. If you can help out please respond to this thread so I can get a volunteer count. We have 30-40 vets and 3-4 volunteers so far. We could use some more help for sure.

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it. Kids are back in school .
Friday events will be hard to make at this time.
Hope you get enough help.  Lodi is one of my favorites to attend.
