We do the sriracha mayo dipping sauce all the time and it is simple and bomb...may need to add in the extra ingredients next time to make it "bang bang" and see... :smt004

This is my go-to for ling and halibut both.
Never ever fails, and the baking is a great alternative to frying.
A bonus is since the nuggets aren't totally immersed in oil, they hold up really well as next-day leftovers without being soggy or greasy.

I've never seen the Sriracha dipping sauce. This is next on my list!

When I use panko to bake, I put the panko in a frying pan and toss a teaspoon of oil and pre brown the panko first. That extra step results in a deeper flavor and color. I can also pull the fish from the oven when it’s just cooked and not be tempted to wait for the crust to get darker.

I made this tonight. It was outstanding. My wife isn't big into dipping sauces, and even she like it. Both the skids had seconds. This is a keeper for sure.
I doubled up the honey, the salt and the Sriracha. Aside from that, followed the recipe.
