Cameron, I highly recomend that you bring your own "sturdy" knife and fork.....just trust me on this one

Good question.  One of my favorite BBQ joints of all time is a hole-in-the-wall place just outside of Tulsa, OK in the bad part of town.  The sign outside said "You need no teeth to eat our meat".  Now, that was some tender fall-off-the bone BBQ goodness. No forks or sporks need there.  That was over 15 years ago, and I'm still looking for a place like that around here.
