Hey new member and kayaker here. Looking for other fisherman to go with

Hey guys, just got into kayaking.  Picked up a 14' Malibu x factor and am looking to get out and do some fishing.   Saltwater or freshwater.  Figured I'd listen to advice and try to find others to go with as a newbie.   First attempt to get out to Del Valle didnt go so well as they found a drop of water on the plug threads (no joke).  I live in the Dublin area.

Welcome to NCKA. Never kayaked in Del Valle but I've heard they can be REAL anal.

The local lakes that have inspections sometimes can be a PITA.
Make sure to dry your kayak at least 3 days before and load your kayak the day you’re going.
You’re in Dublin so check out Shadow Cliffs in Pleasanton for your first few trips.
