if sculpin roe is poison and Cabazon is in the sculpin family is it also poison ?

Cabezon roe is poisonous.

Lingcod roe isn't.

Some species of sculpin have toxic roe, some do not. However, yes, Cabezon roe is indeed toxic.

Sculpin aren't sculpin, they are California scorpionfish and not related to true sculpin.   Not sure if scorpionfish row is toxic or not.
