Duane,

You are the man and you deserve the win. I learned a lot today and finally had a chance to test the live bait tank and it worked perfectly.  Thats a mighty nice GPS you have there being able to find structure when you need it.

I wanted to let you know the bait tank in my vehicle with the recirculation system is now working perfectly and I had zero kill rate this time around.  Actually, I had to throw most of the bait back.  Many thanks to you for all information on keeping bait alive.

A big THANK YOU! to everyone who made my first foray into the big blue a memorable one.  Good times, great people, delicious food, big fun.

Below are some additional pics.  Just PM me if you want a pic removed, or want a bigger file size for printing.

Congrats Duane.  A very derserved win with that solid ling.  That's karma coming back around at ya two-fold.

WTG to SCAllen and Dave for 2nd & 3rd.... and to Paul for being the top Hobie finisher and winning the Livewell.

The mass start of 72 kayaks was an incredible sight and a very proud moment for NCKA.

Despite the fog and the many members who weren't able to attend, it all turned nice.  I was glad to see the fog break which helped everyone find their way back to the harbor.

Thanks again to Doug and the HMB Kayak Co., our generous prize sponsors, and all of the members who helped out.

AI... thanks for taking and posting those pics.

That was a great time.  The fog made it tough but the NCKA crew was tops.  Congratulations to the winners.  I need more luck either for the derby or the raffle either one.  :smt005 Her a a couple of photos.  Probably similar to ones already posted>

i enjoyed fishing with the club, and the bbq/party was excellent.  i am proud that ncka was the first kayak club to drain the keg at hmb kayak company.  i would like to thank chuck and bill for holding the event, as well hmb kayak company for the use of their facilities.  fishin was good for me, i left with a 25" ling, 14" green ling, an olive and a black.
