One of my projects in SF has 15 windows which I’m replacing all of them.  Each antique window uses 4x weights, roughly 4lbs each.  Figure they might be good crab pot weights or something that someone could use.

Free to pick up at the job site near Twin Peaks or at my house in El Cerrito.

I could use few of those.. 16lbs total? I'm currently using some of my dive weights rigged up for an anchor and crab duty. Would like to put the dive weights back to the dive gear..

I’ll have 40-50 of these weight very soon.  If they don’t get used, then they go in the debris box.

Come take however many you want.

Any idea what material they are?!

Mind if I ask who you work for in the city?  Contractor?
I'd rather be swinging...

I’ll take all you got.  Just gotta figure out how to get em to Monterey area.  These work great for crab pots.

Once simplycook has all of them out of the sashes, I can pick them up from the job site.  I can NCKA Express them and meet you somewhere along the coast between SF and Monterey at that point.  Let me know if this works for you.

Jumping on this, I'm in Monterey as well if there are any extra. I just passed through sf today (wished I saw this earlier). I go to the bay every once in a while, so I could potentially pick up for the group as well

Yes, there should be plenty for everyone.  I didn’t know so many people wanted them.  What could you use them other than crab weights?  Metal recycling doesn’t give much money for them.

I should have most of them out by end of the week.  I’ll contact tedski for a few to bring to the Monterey guys and keep some around for the SF bay guys.

I’ll be using mine for crab weights.  I use about 12 pounds to weigh my traps down.  Pretty sure most guys down this way use about the same .
