I'll take one set if they are kids 6 or larger.  Have any wetsuits?

-Allen

No wetsuits gave them all away already
I’ll let you check out the fins

I was planning to hire Jonathan who's the owner  of the restaurant across from "Inn of the Lost Coast" before he sold it.  He live in the cove and designed his beautiful home there.

Sonny,

Do you have a last name and contact info for this guy?

I’m sure I’ll be talking to him sometime soon.

In your dreams, troublemaker!   :smt005

Get the architect that does the best guest room with a view, and a tap.   :smt003

Call me up sometime.  About to get busy the rest of today - maybe talk tomorrow.  You can find my number right below these words.   :smt001

Eric

I’ll probably hit you up in a couple weeks. Getting ready to head down South with the boys for a bit.

Then I plan on going up to the Cove. Hopefully we can hookup for a beer, chill and discuss further in person.

Thanks Pat

Yeah I’ve heard from several people that it’d be cheaper to buy an existing home. I’m open to that if it checked off most of the boxes that I’m looking for.

Also it needs to have an unobstructed ocean view. I want it specifically for my kids and their families to enjoy for many years to come.  :smt007

Many thanks to my new friend Antonio (Cabeza de Martillo) for gifting his Perception Jazz for my daughter!

Still looking for a SOT Yak for my wife or even a tandem to get the whole fam out on the water. Lots of great fishing gear to trade, see posts above.

Thanks NCKA!

Matt

You are welcome Brother  :smt001

Thanks Doug!

I actually had a conversation with Eric back during GS6 about this over a beer.
I’m sure I’ll be talking to him sometime soon.
