I was thinking of selling my kayak (actually listed it here if you woud like to see - https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1127558955055789)

But I do not really want to sell it. I just don't have room for it for about a year. Would anyone be interested in borrowing or even have space for storing it if they don't plan on using (I can pay)?

A guy that used to fish stored his Kayak at HMB Kayak Co at one point.  Not sure how much it cost.
They rinse the boat and put it away so I think you need to paddle with your pinkies up if you store it there.

If you're ok with it being outdoors you're welcome to stash it in my backyard (Fremont) under a tarp.

I wouldn't charge but i might take it out a couple times if I'm loaning a friend my kayak

I feel seen... or is it attacked?  :smt044

I used to store at HMB Kayak.  It was $100 per quarter in 2022.  The price goes up a tiny bit every few years, so it may be more by now.  You get an assigned spot on a rack.  You have 24 hour access, but you still have to store all of your other gear at home or elsewhere.  If you have any specific questions, I'd be glad to answer them if I can.  You can email info@hmbkayak.com for more details, too.
