Took advantage of the low swell window and did a quick shore dive this week with my buddy Luke. It was hard work, a bit rougher than I hoped, and we were diving a kelp bed in 60-70 feet of water. Managed to land a couple nice reds (both 20+ inches, big one 21 inches) and also took an olive. It was beautiful diving with 30+ feet of vis and sunny skies. Great day!

It was rougher than I was hoping for as well...but was still a beautiful day and felt great to finally get back in the water.

Yeah this was the first good window down here in a while. This weekend should be epic too!
