Took Dan out today from Coast guard pier.  His first go-out fishing.  He retired and his buddies bought him all the stuff to kayak fish.  Nice!

Kelp beds by Aquarium were slow.  Yellow buoys were productive for a ling a and four rockies, three gophers and a brown and one black.  (oops that's five)

And, no, I did not charge extra for the Self-Rescue lesson, but did make an extra tip by deleting the photo I was going to send to his wife....Dan thought ahead and had everything tied down.  Mostly.

Beautiful out there till 10am when the wind came up.
