Hello everyone! am new to the forum and will be new to kayak fishing.  I live around the Peninsula and hoping to get some good info and meet fellow kayakers. Sorry for all the question that will come.   :smt001

Welcome to NCKA, Fish67. We're lucky that there can be good fishing on both sides of the peninsula. How far have you gotten with gearing up and practicing skills? Lots of great people on here.
Wanted to buy: Stealth ProFisha 575 or 525

Thanks everyone!

kpd - not very far. I don't own one yet, but have rented a kayak to fish around the delta. Now, am looking for one and have been eyeing the PA14, but wanted to get people's take before I make the purchase. I want to be able to use it around here and the delta. I'm geared up when it comes to rods and reels. Looking forward to all the suggestions.

Welcome to NCKA!
IMHO PA14 are very heavy, specially if you're planning to car top them.
What species are you planning to target?
Test drive all styles so you don't regret your purchase.
Good luck.

Targeting whatever is around me. [emoji3] I also like fishing around the delta. Am looking for a stable kayak. I also have a truck and not too worried about loading and unloading. Have tested the big tuna and it's a pig to paddle, but had an awesome time catching stripers at the delta. My heart is set on a peddle kayak. Have already seen most of the peddle kayaks available, except for the titan. Do you guys think the PA14 will be ok in the Bay?

Thank you. Will do... I will be doing a lot of research before venturing out in the bay.
