Awesome article, maybe that's why my daughter gets good grades? Plus now I can use that as an excuse to go fishing more- I have to go catch us some fish so our kids can have a better IQ's! :smt005

Thanks for sharing that article, Eddie. I didn't see a direct link in the MedicalExpress piece, but I think this is the original journal article: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-17520-w (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-17520-w)

Just be careful about mercury consumption with kids.

The same journal also has a recent study indicating that eating fish is better for your blood lipid levels than taking fish oil supplements: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41387-017-0007-8 (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41387-017-0007-8)

I was so jazzed by that article, I went out and got a bunch of Leopard sharks and have been eating the meat constantly. Strangely enough, I'm feeling a little hazy and having a hard time with simple tasks, and my fine motor skills are deteriorating! I must not be eating enough?Maybe adding a few stripers to the mix may help. :smt003
