I am try to decide which oysters to order. I prefer to eat them raw with mignonette sauce and am fond of the tomales bay variety. Can someone tell me some of the differences between these 2 varieties. I think I got too drunk and forgot to pick up my order last year. My sincerest apologies for that. Or maybe I did pick them up and don't remember. Either way, I apologize.

Tomales bay are probably sweetwater or kumos.  I'd get kumos for eating raw.  Pacifics are much larger than kumos.

I/m not worried about last year, I don't remember if you picked them up or if someone picked them up for you or if I ate them myself.  No worries.

you should give Oyster Boy a special " Cut to the front of the line pass " for the taco shack line.
