Hi everyone,

Phillip and I had a good weekend up at the property. We finished one bunk house and started on the second. I should be able to get it finished this weekend. We also got a lot of plants into the ground, watered the bitterbrush, put new film and batteries in all of the cameras and cleaned up around the camp.

So, we have two weeks before the big weekend. I have several confirmed participants and lots of people who are not sure yet. Time is moving so it is time for me to start putting together plans, menu, projects, supplies, sleeping arrangements, etc.

Could you please email me and let me know:

If you are going to make it.
What you are planning for arrival and departure.
Any food restrictions.
Whether you are bringing your sleeping arrangements or need a bed in a bunk house.
Anything else you can think of that I should know.

Once I get a good head-count, I will put together the menu and then ask for people to bring items we need.

The main project for the weekend is going to be to start the fencing around the aspen grove. I will have the fence posts and wire delivered during the previous week. Phillip and I walked off the boundaries and have a pretty good idea of what we need.

We will also have some plants that will need to be put into the ground. The BLM gave us 600 Douglas Fir seedlings that need to be planted. Sounds like a lot but it is a pretty simple and fast process. We will also have some wild rose and service berry bushes that will need to be planted.

Come on up and help me return this property into a food basket for the wildlife.
