I was just watching a TV news story about the problem of salmon poaching on the Russian River... and guess who they were interviewing?

Yes... it was none other than our own Sean White of the Sonoma County Water Agency.

Excellent interview.  Sean made his point very clearly.

I'm guessing he will be on the channel 50 news at 7. I know they are doing a seg on RR salmon poaching

I just got, home, and haven't seen any of the stories myself...but wadda day.  Our PR guy did a media even that was supposed to go from 1030-1200 and it went from 1000-500!!!  You never know whats gonna happen when you do these things and today it was WFO on news trucks. I was stressing out.  We had Channel 2, Channel 7, Channel 50, KCBS, KGO, and KQED plus the Press Democrat.   Hope they came out ok, glad you guys got to see em!

Greg and I just watched the video from channel 7, I hope I can do half as good as you when we find that first hatchery coho.  Nice job and your efforts on the Russian River to help restore Chinook, steelhead and Coho populations should be greatly appreciated by all.
