Me and the pops rolled out together this time.  It was his first time on a fishing Yak, and I think he had a blast.

On the water at 7:30 (we were actually to the park at 6:30 but forgot it didn't open 'till 7  :smt012  ) off at 10:30.

Weather was perfect, around 60* in the early morning, close to 70* with a nice breeze when we left.  The bite was good for the first 2 hours or so, but by 10:30 there were quite a few people on the water and the fish didn't seem to take anything we threw at them.  I caught two bass as shown in the pics, the biggest was 12"- all on Senkos.  Had a few nibbles from some smaller fish, but I think its just a little late in the summer and the temperature change has caused the fish to be more lethargic- I have a feeling Senkos are going to be slightly less effective at this point.  Anyways, great day and the cool air felt good.

Looks like a nice morning on the lake.

The third pic down looks like the north east bank?
If so, there are some nice fish tucked into the grassy stuff to the right.

Thanks for the report.
