Aloha,

It looks like I am going to have many opportunties to fish up north in the coming moths. I have been up there and fished with a few of you a couple of times last year and look forward to meeting you all again soon.

I will probably be pretty much living in the Sacramento area for the rest of the year, beginning the middle of April. I have taken a new job that will keep me up there. I am not going to officially relocate until sometime later, if all works out.

Leave some stripers and salmon around for me, I will take the scraps until I have paid my dues!!! :smt004

See you all soon!!!

Aloha,
Mike

Hey Mike... I remember meeting you at Benecia last fall.

Welcome to Nor Cal... hope you brought your wetsuit.   :smt002

The water's cold but the fish are plentiful and you're in good company...

Right on.... Mike!
We've all enjoyed fishing with you.  Now's your perfect chance to get into some slammin' NorCal salmon and striper action.  We're all expecting it to be a good season.  We're just counting down to the April 2nd salmon opener.

Welcome!  Its different, but its good.  I grew up in Sac, and it sure has gotten huge.  You'll be able to troll for salmon in the late summer-early fall right in town.  Enjoy!

the greatest thing about sacramento is it is a hub for fishing. Stripers, salmon, american shad, steelhead, trout fishing up the hill, ocean is driving distance. I'm in Lodi, about an hour south of sac and kayak anglers are few and far between in my area and I will enjoy the company when slamming fish in the delta.
