Do you know the length and width?

That looks to be military surplus. If I am not mistaken that looks to be like an M108 Trailer?

That seems like a heck of a deal.  I don't trust those tiny-wheeled trailers everyone uses these days...  That thing is burly, and the foot locker is a great idea.

If that is what I think it is , it is an old Jeep/Humvee Trailer civilianized. The pintle has been converted to civilian use.  Fine for on road use, but the older style locking hook is a better set up IMHO.  That is a tuff trailer design. 

Does this trailer have break lights and a licence plate?  I would be very  interested if it did.

Yes it has a lic plate and tail lights, it alkso has perminate trailer plates.
