Has your tax account at already said you actually need a lawyer? There are a few cpas that can actually represent in us tax court - I do know one-  ut if you haven't already consulted with an accountant I would do that first.

Yeah I got audited from all the yak I sold and how much profit I made, :smt005 :smt005 unfortunately when I told them I sell them less than I bought them :smt002

Maybe I'm just sensitive since I work in a Federal Facility....

(wifey, mom and dad are all tax accountants and/or can represent infront of US tax court)

Not audit, I actually owe them back tax, so now they are garnishing my salary and took my money from my savings, I owe 25k back taxes...
