Its complete bs it would totally prohibit selling anything by its actual name or with a pic of a logo ...........I totally disagree with this!!!!!!

Because of youtube videos linked on NCKA, they could pull this site because of a single indiustry complaint.

The flip side to this, and I am not saying I agree, is that without some sort of restriction anyone can pirate almost anything.  We know it happens and what does it mean to the rest of us? If other nations respected priacy laws, this crap would not be needed, but they don't so we are in a bind.  We are damned if don't do anything either.

Yeah but they're using the legislation to target us.....not other countries.  If other countries don't care about current piracy laws, how likely are they to comply with new laws about their already illegal piracy?

If you allow censorship of the intertnet you might as well live in China.  All abuseof powers start with good intentions. Lets see if we have learned anything.
