UFC 139 Shogun vs Henderson Pics (Super Pic Heavy)

My buddy called me Friday evening and asked what I was doing Saturday,then told me to cancel all that because he just scored two tickets to go see UFC 139 in San Jose from his work. Hell Yeah! The sickest card of the year with two of my favorite fighters of all-time on the card - Wanderlei Silva and Mauricio Rua.

We had pretty decent seats in Section 104, Row 10. We tried looking up the value of the tickets and guessed them to be around $300. Standing in line to get in we saw UFC welterweight John Fitch up in the window. We watched the first six or seven fights, then right before the main card I see two Brasilians walking down on the floor area and coming our way (we are still quite a ways up) and I recognized them as part of Rua's camp. They walk directly to our section and point towards me. I shoot them a thumbs up and "pop my collar" on my Shogun walk-out shirt. They motion for me to come down there and I do the whole "who me?" thing and they're saying "Ya, Ya". I tell my buddy "hold this" (my fight program) while he is in mid-sentence and jump up and run down there. I go to shake one dude's hand and he's like "No,no...you come." I hopped that barrier with a quickness and one of them hands me a ticket and I follow them to CAGESIDE to go sit with their camp IN THE FIRST ROW right behind Dana White, Lorenzo Fertitta, Joe Rogan, and Mike Goldberg. I could not freakin' believe it. I get picked out of 14,000 people to go sit with my fucking idol's training camp in his corner...which was also Wanderlei's corner in the previous fight. I watched the Bonnar fight all the way through to the Shogun fight in the front row. My friends all saw me while they were watching the PPV and I saw myself last night on a highlight video from the event.

Bad ass.

The next pics are all from Cage-side. While I was down there I saw Punkass and Skyscraper, Mark Munoz, Cain Velasquez, Brandon Vera, and a few others. Ryan Bader came and sat behind me for awhile and was later kicked out of his seat by Michael McDonald! I shook both of their hand's and told them conrats on their victories.
