Hey Ryan.. the AR is a killer and looks like a mellow fellow but it punishes many a kayak and shore angler alike..  My buddy Steelie Mike has pulled out dozens of folks over the years, gotten folks to shore, returned boats to their owners and the like.  My experience has always been good when on rivers.  Power boaters are a little different breed but most are good folks with the same goal in mind as you..  Boats with motors really dont belong on the upper AR but thats a whole other can of worms we dont want to open up..

Can happen to any one,
Actually flipped yesterday :smt009
On the mad was heading across a strong eddy and hitting the current,
At a pretty good speed and just hit the other side way to quick
Over I went.
Thanks to Eric no lost gear.
Tackle box was floating down river and he recovered it for me.
Was able to hold onto my paddle and rod.  :smt006

Luckily was able to stay fishing with just a wet shirt
Hat stayed dry which is always good.
