Glad you guys are safe and here to tell about it.
What a terrable ordeal to endure

Short on cash right now but rich on gear,
I will help with rod holders, net, rod, etc. whatever needed
and will see what I can do on payday.

BTW,
Not sure why the yak sank, but I'm sure it is NOT in good taste to say brand-X would have made a difference.
Other factors could have been the cause on any manufactured kayak
Please refrain from these statements until you can prove it was yak design at fault.

See Ya Soon,
Eric / Yakhopper

So after talking with Mike he suggests we go ahead with using my PayPal account for the collections.

You can also send a check to my home address:

D. Alain Satre
110 Lorenzo Ln
Boulder Creek, CA 95006

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU PLAN ON USING PayPal!!!

Please  be *SURE* to mark all PayPal transactions as a *GIFT*!

This way they wont take a 3% fee for the transaction.

ALSO: Please put a comment with your NCKA handle in the transaction!

That way I'll know whom to thank for helping our brother out  :smt002

PayPal Address is:  paypal@satrefamily.com

Please PM me if you have any questions.

Mike, or some Mod, can you copy this text to the original post?  Thanks!!!

tossing in 20 tonight. Joe, let me know what gear you need...I am sure I have some stuff. If you need to borrow a yak let me know. I have the T13 in the garage anytime you want. Did you loose dive gear as well or just fishing stuff?

I talked to Joe today and he still has all his dive gear, and I let him know that he can use one of my yaks whenever we dive together so he can least keep getting his gills wet to maintain sanity while he is yakless.

 :smt003

Joe, mark 10/30 on your calendar...I got the Okumoto boys coming down and you need to redeem yourself after the last time that Jim came down here to dive with us and you pussed out and stayed on the beach.

 :smt002 :smt005 :smt044

BBQ after at my house this time instead of Central Texas.

Jim

The kiddy pool will be open for business I'm sure (and I can point you over to it), but I think that day I will be trying to explore the big boys section with Jim O. He broke his leg ab diving earlier on this season, so maybe I can finally keep up with him!
