Heritage Fiberglass SOT-- answer for Seabreez.
« on: February 15, 2006, 06:22:33 am »
I'm not sure what happened but every time I tried to get on to the second page of Moral and Spiritual kayak fishing quandry- internet exploder shut down. Any way the fiberglass 12ft heritage fishermen and the 14ft seadart are the fastest sot's I've  ever paddled. Their hulls were designed after the old greenland style, whit ch was a big attraction for me. They also track better than any other yak I've ever paddled. And now the downside, they have secondary stability like you wouldn't believe which can be intimidating for beginners . In other words they can go all the way over on their sides
and not tip over. For a good paddling kayak or a good paddler their great. I'll never part with mine. For a fishermen's first yak I wouldn't recommend them.

Why Do I paddle a kayak instead of a float tube or a pontoon boat? I like seeing where I'm going not where I've been!
Paddle safe and wrap'em tight.
